Log house with a second home among meadows | Mountain views | Idzików

Morning coffee on a larch terrace, open views of mountains and meadows instead of dense buildings beyond the fence. Your own log house, and next to it a second building that you can dedicate to loved ones, guests, or rent. In Idzików, you can create a peaceful daily life close to nature and combine it with an idea for an intimate tourist activity.

Two wooden houses built in 2022 are for sale, located on a fenced plot of three thousand square meters. The property is surrounded by fields and meadows, with few neighbors nearby and mountain views from every side of the estate.

A HOUSE YOU WANT TO RETURN TO

If you are thinking about moving from the city, here you can see what such a change would look like. Breakfast on the terrace, more time in the fresh air, your own garden and mountain hikes without planning a distant trip. Natural wood, thick logs and larch floors create an interior for people who appreciate the character of a traditional wooden house.

At the same time, comfort remains in daily use: heating and cooling using air conditioning with a heat pump and the ability to remotely control temperature and water heating. Before your arrival, you can prepare the house for your stay — this is useful both when living permanently and when using the property on weekends.

Two separate buildings also allow you to maintain privacy during visits from family and friends. Loved ones can be nearby while having their own space.

MAIN LOG HOUSE — FOR YEAR-ROUND LIVING

The turned log house has a total area of ninety-two square meters, which consists of:

• ground floor of forty-two square meters,
• first floor of fifty square meters.

Additional space is provided by an attic measuring eleven meters in length and one meter and forty centimeters in height.

The building was constructed from logs with a diameter of thirty centimeters. The house is adapted for year-round use, making it suitable as a permanent residence or vacation home for any season.

Materials and technical solutions:

• logs sealed with natural linen,
• wood impregnation from inside and outside with tree resin and linseed oil,
• ceilings and roof insulated with PUR foam seventeen centimeters thick,
• roof covering with Janosik-type metal shingles,
• wooden windows,
• floors and terraces made of larch wood,
• air conditioning with heat pump.

SECOND HOUSE — SEPARATE SPACE AND MORE POSSIBILITIES

A single-story house with frame construction has an area of thirty-five square meters plus a car shelter. According to the information provided, there is a possibility to extend it by an additional thirty-five square meters.

You can use it as an independent space for guests, a work area, or a building intended for rent after appropriate preparation. Such an arrangement provides the ability to separate private life from tourist stays, without providing them access to your own house.

Technical specifications:

• external and internal boarding with larch boards three and a half centimeters thick,
• insulation with PUR foam between boarding layers,
• roof covered with sheet metal and insulated with PUR foam,
• wooden windows,
• floor made of larch wood,
• air conditioning with heat pump with heating and cooling function,
• electrical and water-sewage systems installed.

A PLOT THAT GIVES YOU SPACE

Three thousand square meters allows you to plan a garden, vegetable patch, relaxation area, or space for shared time. The surrounding fields and meadows, along with few neighbors, are ideal for people seeking relief from urban development.

The property is enclosed with a wooden ranch-style fence that matches the character of the houses and open landscape. Access is via an asphalted road cleared of snow in winter. The plot has permission for two driveways.

There is also a sheet metal utility building on the premises, useful for storing tools and garden equipment.

INFRASTRUCTURE FOR CURRENT NEEDS AND FUTURE PLANS

The property includes:

• a deep well forty-two meters deep, equipped with a DAB pump,
• water treatment system with iron and manganese removal,
• water supply to buildings and four additional points on the plot,
• two electrical boxes — main and additional, prepared for infrastructure expansion,
• two concrete wastewater tanks with a capacity of twelve cubic meters each,
• installation for alarm system and monitoring,
• site hardening with aggregate,
• drainage from the field side.

Private water intake, additional collection points, and prepared infrastructure facilitate daily use of the property and planning subsequent stages of its development.

YOUR OWN PLACE IN THE MOUNTAINS WITH RENTAL POTENTIAL

You can live in the larger house and prepare the second for tourists. You can also keep both buildings for family needs or gradually develop an intimate vacation spot.

The plot has received a development conditions decision covering three houses up to seventy square meters and two houses up to forty-two square meters. The scope of further expansion should be referred to the conditions of the decision and existing development.

This is an important opportunity for a buyer who wants to develop the property in stages, according to their own needs and budget.

IDZIKÓW — MOUNTAINS EVERY DAY, ATTRACTIONS YEAR-ROUND

The location near Czarna Góra, Marianówka and Międzygórza allows you to enjoy various forms of recreation without sacrificing the peaceful surroundings of your home.

In warmer months, the area encourages hiking and cycling trips towards Góra Igliczna and Międzygórza. In winter, you can use nearby ski resorts and slopes:

• Czarna Góra Resort — approximately eight kilometers,
• cross-country skiing routes in the Jagodna area — approximately twenty kilometers.

For residents, this means active recreation close to home. For those considering rental — the opportunity to offer to both summer and winter guests.
